GitHub App Permissions:

• Repohistory uses GitHub Apps to interact with users' GitHub accounts.
• We request read access to users’ email addresses to facilitate authentication and account management through Supabase Auth.
• We request read access to Metadata, which allows us to access basic information about repositories.
• We request read access to Administration for accessing traffic data related to repositories.

Purpose of Data Collection:

• The data accessed is solely for the purpose of providing our services, including but not limited to, analyzing repository history, traffic patterns, and offering insights.

Data Protection and Security

Storage and Handling:

• All data collected through GitHub Apps is stored securely and accessed only for service-related purposes.
• We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data.

Data Sharing and Disclosure:

• Repohistory does not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification information to others.
